Ingredients

    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup, cooked Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water
    0.5 cup Honey
    1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    1 cup Mott's Healthy Harvest Applesauce, Blueberry Delight
    1 cup (dried fruit) Sun-ripened mixed Fruit (1/4c serving)
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    2.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol

Directions

Beat eggs with honey and applesauce. Mix in all other ingredients. Scoop onto parchment lined paper and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serving Size: Makes 28 cookies
