    .25 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)
    1 serving Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives

Directions

sautee veggies in olive oil. beat eggs, add veggies and cheese. bake at 375 for 15-20 min on until toothpick put into center comes out clean.
