Ingredients

2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
.25 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
.12 tsp All Spice, Ground (by SASAB904)
.33 cup Butter, unsalted
1.33 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
.75 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
4 tbsp chopped walnuts
Tips
To cut calories, you can leave off the glaze and walnuts
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, set aside
Soften butter, slowly add sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time belnding well. Add vanilla flavor blend well. Mash bananas and add to butter mixture. Blend well. Slowly add flour until blended. Pour into a lightly greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Or until center is set.
Melt .75 pat of butter add a little vanilla extract,1/2 tsp, mix well. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar. Mix, it will be very stiff, add a little milk, 1 tsp, If it's still stiff add another. The consitency should be like a glaze. After bread is done baking and cooled, drizzle glase over the bread and sprinkle walnuts on top.
Serving Size: Makes a large 9x5 loaf, 12 servings/slices. Each slice is approx 3/4"
