Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz light tuna (packed in water) low sodium
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 Tbs light mayonaise
    2 Tbs Dijonnaise
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 Tbs copped green pepper
    2 Tbs jalepeno pepper chopped
    1 Tbs sweet pickle relish


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 3 servings. Great on lettuce or on reduced calorie bread (open face or sandwich).
