Ingredients

1 cup, chopped Onions, raw (large pieces)
12 frankfurter (5 inch long X 3/4 inch Hot Dog, beef and pork (each cut in 4 pieces)
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Sweet peppers (bell) (cut in 1 inch pieces)
1.5 cup, chunks Pineapple, canned
.25 cup (8 fl oz) Sweet and Sour Sauce
Tips
You can use any colour of bell pepper. Spam can be used instead of wieners. Watch it closely, when grilling. It can quickly burn, if you don't.
Directions
1) Soak 12 bamboo skewers.
2) Cut the wieners into 4 pieces each.
3) Place the food on the skewers, starting with the end piece of one wiener, then a piece of onion, then bell pepper, then pineapple. Repeat 2 more times. Add the 4th piece of wiener at the end.
4) Brush the skewers with the sweet and sour sauce, and grill on a hot BBQ grill. Watch it carefully, so that it does not burn.
Serving Size: Makes 12 skewers.
