Ingredients

    Dates, 1.5 cup, pitted, chopped
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1.5 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 c
    Orange Juice, 3/4 cup
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened 1/2 cup
    Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
    Salt 1/4 tsp
    Butter Spray 1/2cup

Directions

Cook dates with 1/2 cup OJ in saucepan until thickened, Stir in remaining OJ and cranberries.
Mix oats, flour, salt, baking soda and butter spray together. Press 1/2 mixture in bottom of pan, spread filling on top. Cover with remaining crust and press firmly.
Bake at 375 degrees 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
