Ingredients

1 - 8 oz. package Green Mountain Farms: Greek Cream Cheese
    2 T Butter, salted
6 T Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky, your preference)
    1 T Vanilla Extract
4 tsp. Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute
9 oz. Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

Let cream cheese and butter soften to room temperature. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until mixed well. Add chocolate chips. You may need to refrigerate for about 30 minutes before rolling into balls. Roll mixture into ping-pong size balls and place on flat sheet covered in parchment paper. Freeze until solid. I keep mine in a sealed bag in the freezer and just grab one when I have an urge for something sweet.
