    8.0 tbsp Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey
    1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    100.0 Grams Apples, fresh with skin
    100.0 Grams Zucchini
    1.1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 tsp Salt


Preheat at 350 degrees. Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda together and set aside. Mix together beaten egg, melted (and cooled) butter, honey, vanilla together. Add dry ingredients and barely mix together. Add one cup grated zucchini and finally chopped one cup Apple to mixture and completely blend. Spray muffin pan with pam and fill. Bake 15 to 17 minutes.
