1 tsp Nutmeg, ground

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic
4 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 tbsp Onion powder
.75 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
16 oz Ground Beef (lean)
16 oz Ground Pork
.13 cup Arrowroot flour
Directions
Meatballs
Finely chop onion and garlic
Heat 1 T Olive oil in very large skillet
Sautée onion and garlic 5 minutes
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef pork eggs flour nutmeg onion powder allspice onion and garlic
Form into 50 about 2 inch balls
Wipe out skillet heat 1 T oil
Fry meatballs 7 minutes turning frequently to cook on all sides,Fry in batches
Remove cooked meatballs to a plate and drain on paper towels
SAUCE
Wipe out skillet, over low/medium heat melt butter,
Whisk in arrowroot form a paste
Whisk in broth keep whisking until thickens 3-4 minutes
Whisk in sour cream until fully incorporated
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add meatballs back into pan heat through and serve
