.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
4 clove Garlic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Cook Rice
Cook onion and garlic in oil

Mix all together
