Ingredients

    3 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    1.75 cup Great Value reduced sodium black beans
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Cook Rice
Cook onion and garlic in oil
Add spices
Add rinsed beans
Add 1/4 c water
Mix all together
Stir in cilantro
