Introduction

Squash dressing is kinda like chicken dressing..The only difference is that you use fresh squash. Squash dressing is kinda like chicken dressing..The only difference is that you use fresh squash.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups boiles squash- drained & mashed
    3 cups cornbread- cooked & crumbled
    1 small onion choppped
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt & pepper to taste
    sage to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients.Stir until well mixed, put mixture in a 9x13" baking dish.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

    May I ask how you came up with O fat?? How was the cornbread cooked? 1/2 stick of marg. and Coc soup with NO fat? Sounds wonderful .... - 7/19/09

    Incredible!
    I've had squash dressing before where you use corn meal instead of corn bread. It was delicious, and your recipe sounds like a winner, too. I'll try it. - 11/11/08
