Ingredients

    1 tsp Parley, dried
    20 oz lean ground turkey
    1 tsp black pepper
    3/4 tsp salt
    4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    4 tsp Dijon mustard
    3/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 to 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
    Toppings
    Tomato slice
    1 tsp ketchup
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp Vegenaise (healthier mayo)

    Wheat bun is not included in calculations.

Directions

1. In med. bowl, mix first 8 ingredients (feta). Divide and make six patties.
2. Broil for about 5 minutes on each side or until done.
3. Add the Vegenaise to bun and place burger to bottom bun. Top with tomato slice and add the Dijon-and-ketchup mixture. Cover with top bun.
