Ingredients

    16 oz ground turkey breast - Honeysuckle 99% fat free
    4 tsp McCormick 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
    2.25 cup Daily Chef Mexican Blend Cheese
    1 can Goya Lower Sodium Black Beans
    8 tbsp Best Choice Diced Jalapeņos
    1 can Best Choice No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn
    1 can Hunt's No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
    3.5 cup Pictsweet Three Color Pepper and Onion Slices
    8 Mission White Corn Tortillas

Directions

Brown ground turkey and peeper/onion blend.
Add taco seasoning, beans, corn, jalapeņos, tomatoes and cook until done.
Spray pan and then add liquid from mixture.
Layer 4 tortillas, meat mixture, 1 cup cheese then repeat adding the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
