    1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    1.5 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU)
    1 small Onions, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    3 serving Bonafide Provisions Bone Broth made with grass fed beef bones serving size 8 oz
    3 serving Red Potato
    3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
    1 tsp Huy Fong Foods, Inc. Chili Garlic Sauce
    3 tsp 365 Double Concentrate Tomato Paste serving size 2 Tbsp
    12 pods (3" long) Okra

Directions

put the meat in first then put everything else in.
Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
