Ingredients

    1/4 c. Fiber One
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. whole cranberries
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 c. nonfat milk
    1/3 c. millet
    2 TBS molasses
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 TBS pumpkin pie spice
    6 tsp white sugar
    1/2 c. white flour
    3/4 c. wheat flour

Directions

Stir all of the wet ingredients together. Add in the dry ingredients, stir just until blended. Add in the Cranberries. Cook on a hot griddle.
