Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups shredded Cabbage, fresh
    1/2 cup, shredded Onions, raw
    1 tsp TaJin chili seasoning
    1 Tbsp fresh Cilantro paste
    2 tbsp fresh Basil paste
    2 tsp fresh Ginger paste
    2 juiced Limes
    1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
    1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    12 drops of EZ-Sweetz liquid sucralose

Tips

Don't forget to allow time for it to sit in the fridge. If you don't like a flavor, substitute one you do. Cut back on the oil if you want. Add something crunchy when you serve it (like nuts or sunflower seeds)


Directions

shred your cabbage and onion, dump into a large mixing bowl, toss with the Tajin seasoning. To a small jar with a sealable lid, add liquid ingredients and shake until well combined. Pour over cabbage mix, stir and cover, put in fridge for a few hours or overnight. No mayo, so it won't spoil at a picnic.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup, makes 8 1/2 cup servings
