Ingredients

    2 cup Del Monte Cut Green Beans drained
    2 cup Beans, yellow drained
    2 cup Beans Black Canned Meijers drained and rinsed
    2 cup Beans, great northern drained and rinsed
    2 cup Purple Onion (by NYY_FAN) thinly sliced
    0.5 cup Grapeseed Oil
    8 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

The book I got this recipe from says it makes 10 - 12 servings, but I estimated 8 1-cup servings based on the 8 cups of beans used.


Directions

Whisk oil, vinegar, and sugar until well blended and sugar dissolved. Place all beans and onion in a large bowl. Pour marinade over beans and let stand at least 2 hours before serving.
