Ingredients

    32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    0.25 cup Egg - Eggbeaters
    .25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    4 large Hard Boiled Egg

Directions

Make 4 hard boiled eggs and set aside. Mix all ingredients and form a loaf. Cut loaf almost in half and fold over. Place the hard boiled peeled eggs in center and carefully fold the top over the eggs and press slightly to re-form a loaf shape. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving Size: Makes 13 1/2 inch thick slices
