.75 cup Oats (quick-cooking, or pulsed in blender)
.5 cup Buckwheat Flour
.25 tbsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Baking Soda
.5 cup Butter, salted
.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Tips
Make them gluten-free by doubling the oats (pulse in blender until they resemble coarse flour), buckwheat and xanthan gum, and eliminating the wheat flour.
Directions
Mix & bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
