Introduction

Cookies. Cookies.
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup butter (used country crock original)
    1 cup Sugar
    3 Eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    4 cups Flour

Tips

I shifted the flour first...it resulted in a batter that never firmed up (refrigerated overnight) so I made a "sheet" cookie. At 235 it actually took closer to 15 minutes or so....pulled out when edges got brown. I used cooking spray on a non stick pan and the cookie sheet came out beautifully. Had a very cake like texture, and is a dry cookie...but I love that type so it was wonderful.
