Ingredients

    4 oz Chicken - Boneless Skinless
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch
    1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    .25 tbsp Corn Oil

Tips

May want to add a preferred dipping sauce such as honey mustard


Directions

1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees
2. Thinly slice chicken into strips
3. Toss in bowl with all other ingredients - add water as needed for consistency.
4. Gently lower battered chicken into fryer
5. Fry for 5 to 10 minutes or until crispy and brown

Serving Size: 1/2 Chicken Breast Sliced - Approx 4 oz
