Ingredients

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, sliced
5 clove Garlic, minced
4 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Parsley, dried
2 tbsp Basil
3 tsp Thyme, ground
1 tbsp Olive Oil
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 tsp Salt
1.5 cups (8 fl oz) Water
Directions
-Rub chicken with lemon juice, herbs, and salt, set aside
-Over medium heat, in medium cast iron skillet saute onion in 1 tsp olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and rest of oil and continue cooking until fragrant.(About 30 seconds)
-Add chicken on top of onion and garlic and sear on both sides until golden brown (Don't worry if the onions look a little dark)
-Once seared add water and deglaze the pan
-Remove the pan from the stove top and put into a 300 degree oven.
-Bake until water has mostly evaporated and the chicken juices run clear.
