Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 oz (20 halves) Pecans
    .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    111 grams Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 4 oz snack cup
    2 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
    1.5 cup Pioneer Brand Sweet Cream Pancake & Waffle Mix (by EMILY_HARDIN)
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    36 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
    .5 cup (not packed) Raisins
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

The stevia is 3/4 cup


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray. Sprinkle bottom with brown sugar, enough of the pecans to go around the bottom and half of the cinnamon. In large bowl mash the very ripe bananas. To the bananas add the applesauce and eggs, mix well. Stir in the sugar and stevia, cinnamon, pecans and raisins. Add in the pancake mix and mix just until moistened careful not to overmix. Pour into the bundt pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
