Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 fl oz Lime Juice
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    20 gram(s) peppers, chilli, red (by ROSCOE01)
    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast

Tips

This could be made in the oven with chicken wings. Blend all the other ingredients and then marinade 500g of chicken wings and bake in the oven at 200 degrees celcsius for about 45 minutes. Your kitchen will smell wonderful


Directions

heat a wok then fry the garlic chilli and onion in the oil for 2 -3 minutes, add the chicken cut into quarter inch strips, cook for 3-4 minutes; add the fish sauce and the roughly ground peppercorns; then add the lime juice with 4 tbsp of hot water. Turn the heat down, cover with a lid ( I used a bamboo steamer lid) and then cook for about 5 minutes or so.
Add a good handful of chopped fresh coriander or basil or both. Enjoy!
