Moist, delicious cake. Very easy to make. Moist, delicious cake. Very easy to make.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 box chocolate cake mix
    1 box brownie mix
    4 large eggs
    1.25 cup water
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup heavy cream
    12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips


Sometimes I add chocolate chips to the mix before baking. Also, I sometimes put sprinkles on the top (as in the picture)


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour (or spray with bakers spray) a bundt pan.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together for 2 minutes, or until lumps are mostly gone. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Leave in pan for 5 minutes and then carefully invert onto cake rack to cool.
Heat cream in microwave for about 2 minutes (cream should just be bubbling). Add chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk until shiny and smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour onto cake and serve.
