    16 oz Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen
    4 cup, sliced Zucchini
    30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw


Directions

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Make six patties. Heat a pan on high with a small amount of vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 400. Fry for 3 minutes in pan then move to the oven for 8 minutes.
