Ingredients

16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
454 grams Ham, regular (11% fat)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions, raw
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Thyme, ground
.5 tsp Pepper, black
.5 tsp Salt
3.5 cup Canned Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes (by JALEEMN)
1 serving Rotel (Velveeta Cheese, Ground Beef, Rotel Tomatoes)
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
2 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched
0.75 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.5 cup Cheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms
4 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
1.In large dutch oven over medium high heat, brown turkey with olive oil and onions. Add ham and simmer
2. Reduce heat to medium; add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir
3. Add diced tomatoes, rotel and cooked macaroni to casserole dish. Stir
4. Add boiled cabbage, cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5.Pour the skillet mixture into a casserole dish and spread cheese on top of mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350* oven for about 30 mins until cheese is melted.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
