Ingredients

    2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.66 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar
    .25 cup Oats, Quaker
    .25 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tsp alone extract
    pinch of baking soda

Tips

Be sure to mash bananas first. Makes mixing gin ingredients so much easier.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash the bananas in a bowl and then add in all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly, then put into sprayed mini muffin tin (should make about a dozen muffins). Cook for 12 minutes
