Directions
1- For the kafta, combine ground lamb meat, onions, parsley, salt, pepper & all spice. Mix well and shape into elongated patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2- Cut the fries and deep fry them.
3- Grill the kafta preferably over charcoal to get the smoky taste.
4- Place the tomatoes & onions on the charcoal grill. Grill until tender and charred.
5- Place 1 pita on a platter. Place the kafta, French fries, tomatoes, & onins on the pita. Add to garnish the pickled wild cucumbers and pickled turnips.
6- Serve with a side of hummus and an extra white pita.
