Ingredients

    455 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    2 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 small Onions, raw
    .12 cup Garlic
    8 cup Noodles, Wheat, Whole Foods
    8 serving Mozzarella
    16 serving Parmigiano-Reggiano
    2 tbls Italian Seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    2 fl oz Red Wine (optional)
    2 tsp Granulated Sugar (optional)

Directions

Boil Water and prepare noodles
Brown chicken with onions, garlic, mushrooms, and seasonings
Add tomato sauce to meat mixture and simmer 5 mins
add noddles into casserole dish
pour half meat sauce on top of noodles
layer mozzarella cheese
Add second half of meat sauce
Sprinkle Parmigiano-Reggiano on top
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted
