    1.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    0.5 cup Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup = 8 oz)
    0.5 serving Raisens - Sun-Maid Natural California Raisens (1/4 cup/11)
    1.0 serving Trader Joe's Chia Seeds (1svg = 1 Tbspn)
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water

Directions

Put the ingredients in a pint sized jar, shake and put in the fridge overnight.
