Ingredients

    4 cup Spaghetti Squash
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    2 clove Garlic
    1 cup Pumpkin, Canned Puree (by JULES616000)
    1 cup greek yogurt fat free Kirkand
    28 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)

Tips

i baked this with the rest of dinner to make sure it was heated all the way thru.
I also cook the squash in the microwave, takes only 15 -20 mins.


Directions

cook & shred squash - set aside
melt butter, saute gr. onion & garlic
stir in pumpkin, yogurt & parm.
cook till hot, remove from heat
mix in with squash

Serving Size: makes 4-6 servings
