Ingredients

12 large Egg white, fresh
16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
2 cup Spinach, fresh
5 serving Kraft Singles American Cheese
1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 serving Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits)
Directions
Whip together eggs & cream, add a little salt & pepper and set aside. Cook sausage and then pour into glass (9 x 13) baking dish. Cook entire package fresh sliced mushrooms in same pan with sausage drippings. Add a little olive oil or water if needed. Salt & pepper mushrooms. When cooked, set aside. Layer as follows:
Layer cooked sausage, cheese singles, spinach, mushrooms, shredded cheese in glass baking dish. Pour egg/cream mixture over top. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Cover with foil and bake in 350-degree oven for 50 minutes covered. Remove foil and bake additional 10-15 minutes until set. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 12 to 15 Servings
