    12.0 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
    4.0 tsp Baking Powder
    8.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup (1 cup almond flour, 1 cup coconut flour)
    0.33 cup Chobani Greek Yougurt Plain(by MB)
    12.0 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener and enough water to make batter smooth.


Mix cinnamon, 1/3 cup sweetener, 2 Tbp water and chopped apples in a small bowl. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients plus about 1 cup water. Finally loosely mix together with apple mix. Put in a greased 9x5 bread pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Until tooth pick comes out clean. Serving Size: 12 slices
