Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One can of white beans
    One half of a green onion
    One small clove of Garlic
    One tbsp of chili powder
    Juice of half of a lime
    two tbsp of canned tomatoes
    One tbsp Olive oil
    Three tbsp of chopped cilantro
    One tsp of salt

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Start blender on pulse and continue to blend until smooth. Serve with Tortilla chips, on a sandwich or with your favorite vegetables.
