    1.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    2.0 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
    1.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average

Mix all together...put cheese tomato onto the lettuce leafs and chicken salad in the middle and eat like a sandwich
