Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground turkey
    3 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp dijon mustard
    1/2 cup bread crumbs- Italian style
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper ( red is ok)
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1 garlic clove minced
    1/4 tsp celery salt
    1/4 tsp marjoram
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup roasted red pepper and tomato soup (can exchange 4 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette dressing)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Combine all ingredients together but save half of soup for later.
Crumble turkey meat over other ingredients and mix well together.
Put in loaf pan.
Pour the rest of soup over the top
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve on hearty bread for a great sandwich or with mashed potatos
