Introduction

Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    36 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck (1.5lbs)
    24 oz Ground Pork (1lb)
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup (sub. Coconut flour or pork cracklings )
    0.35 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    0.5 cup Butter, salted
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cloves of fresh garlic

    2tbs of Italian seasoning
    1tsp of onion powder
    1tbs of garlic powder
    1tsp of black pepper
    And any other seasonings of your liking
    I added 2 teaspoons of Himalayan Pink Salt

Directions

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 22 mins or until cooked through Pan fry over medium heat turning at least twice until brown and cooked through.
