This stew is a combination of ingredients on hand. We found it tasty and enjoyed it for dinner. for me I was able to enjoy the carrots, which hurt me raw. Ingredients

    16 oz Beef, chuck roast, lean only (by ROCASTANON)
    4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    6 medium Carrots, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    1 can Canned Tomatoes (15.5 oz. can)
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Supreme Tradition Salt Free Seasoning (by RHONDAVUE)

Directions

cut beef into bite size pieces, if preferred sear meat
wash, peel, and cut potatoes, onion, & carrots into bite size pieces.
wash and de-string the celery cutting it into slices
peel and mince garlic or press.
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook until meat is tender and vegetables done
