    8 oz Tropicana Trop 50 Orange Juice (50% less sugar)
    1 cup GV light Greek yogurt
    40 gram(s) Great Value 100% Whole Grain Quick Oats

Tips

Can leave out the whole grain oats and make it a shake. It is also delicioius.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and shake or put in blender.
