    1.0 tsp Thyme, fresh
    0.5 tsp Rosemary
    2.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.5 clove Garlic
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 cup Tomato Sauce
    0.12 cup Flour, white
    2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.5 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
