Introduction

Ingredients

    2 small peaches
    2 small nectarines
    1/3 c frozen or fresh raspberries
    1/2 C low fat vanilla yogurt (or any other flavor)
    1/4 C 1% milk
    Ice cubes (6-8)

Directions

Make 2 smoothies

Cut up all fruit (large pieces). Add fruit, yogurt, milk to blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice to desired temperature and consistency. Blend.
