Ingredients

0.5 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
8.0 oz Ground beef, lean
0.25 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med
2.0 tbsp *Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium
1.0 oz Sour Cream
1.0 serving cheese great value colby and Monterey jack
2.0 tsp taco seasoning McCormick
1.0 serving tortilla mission carb balance
1.0 oz red onion raw
Directions
****Cut tortilla into 8 wedges, then spray with olive oil spray and bake in a 350° oven for 5 min, flip, spray and bake an additional 5 min or until desired crispness.
****Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning and onions
****Place ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sourcream and salsa into a bowl
****Eat with chips
