Ingredients

15.87 oz Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 packet Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp)
4 tbsp light soy sauce (by LYNNYA1)
2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
.50 tsp Cumin seed
.30 tsp Anise Seed
.30 tsp Pepper, black
10 gram(s) Green chilly / Mirchi (by SMARTKAT)
1.5 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
1 oz Onions, spring or scallions, raw (1 large = .9oz) (by ZIMMER62)
Tips
You can add roasted sesame seeds as well as fresh cilantro.
Directions
In a bowl mix the Teriyaki sauce, vinegar, black pepper, ginger and garlic, (both grated). Set aside. Gently poke the chicken breasts with a fork and then cut them into bite size pieces. Mix these pieces into the prepared bowl mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Heat the olive oil, add cumin and anise seeds, followed by the chopped white part of the spring onions. Stir fry on high flame for 3 mins, add in the marinated chicken along with the residual sauce. Stir gently, and then leave in on a low flame for 7 minutes. Add 5 tablespoons of warm water, stir gentlly again. Cover with lid and leave to cook on sim for another 10 minutes. Garnish with some of the green stalk of the onions.
