Introduction

This is quick and easy to make, and tastes really good as well. Makes 10 servings of one pizza each. This is quick and easy to make, and tastes really good as well. Makes 10 servings of one pizza each.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    20 tostada shells
    2 lbs. ground round
    2 packages taco seasoning
    1 can red enchilada sauce
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    1 can refried beans
    fat free sour cream
    Shredded Fiesta blend or Taco Cheese

Directions

Brown ground round, and drain.
Add taco seasoning packets with water as directed.
While meat is browning, mix together enchilada sauce and diced tomatoes in a sauce pan and warm; also put refried beans into a seperate sauce pan and warm.
Warm tostada shells as directed on package.

To assemble pizza:
Spread refried beans onto a tostada, and top with a second tostada.
Top the second tostada with meat, sauce and tomato mix, amd cheese.
Add sour cream if desired (included in Nutritional Information here)
