Ingredients

    24 oz Ocean Spray Cranberries - 12 oz bag (2 oz = Serv) bag = 6 servs (by SSCHAEFER33)
    2 serving Granny Smith Apple - 1 Small (130-144g or 2 1/2 " in dia) (by DEMIGIRLIE)
    2 serving Fresh Mandarin Orange (medium size, 2-1/2" dia)
    4 serving Diamond Shelled Walnuts 1/4 cup serving

Directions

Put washed & picked over cranberries, apples & oranges (cut in quarters) in food processor & pulse several times until chopped to size you would like. Transfer to a large microwave safe bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups Splenda & 2 cups water. Cook on high power for 5 min, stir well & return & cook for 4-5 more minutes. Add the chopped walnuts & stir to combine. Cool down to room temp & serve or refrigerate before serving.
