Ingredients

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
.5 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
.25 tsp Baking Soda
8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated
3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
0.5 cup Butter, unsalted
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup, chopped Walnuts
Tips
Grind oats prior to measuring
Directions
1) Pre-heat oven to 400 °F
2) Sift together all dry ingredients (Except Walnuts) into a large mixing bowl
3) Whisk together all wet ingredients evenly in a separate bowl
4) Fold-together all ingredients into dry mix just to combine. (do not overmix!)
5) line muffin tins with greased paper muffin cups,
6) Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter.
7) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
