    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2.0 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites
    1.25 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 cup Oats, Quaker
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Mix wet & dry separately. Combine and cook on griddle until brown
