mix eggs, egg whites together adding cottage cheese in a medium bowl set aside
cut bread, turkey, and ham into cubes, then add to egg mixture
mix for about 2 minutes to make sure all is blended well
pour into pie pan
cook for 35 to 40 minute depending on oven
