Introduction

Perfect for the grill, I started serving them at Superbowl party every year, and now we make them many times throughout the summer.
The amount of sodium is higher that it really would be since you toss out the remaining marinade.

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Flank steak
    1 C lite Soy sauce
    1 C Diet sprite
    1 T black pepper
    3 cloves of chopped garlic

Directions

Slice up the steak into strips.
Mix all other ingredients into large bowl and marinate 4 hours or overnight.
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 1 hour.
Place meat onto skewers, and grill or broil until done (5-10 minutes)
